Il Portale del Direttore is a management platform for amateur football clubs, built to replace spreadsheets and group chats with a single, centralized system.

It covers a club's full operational cycle: squad roster and player availability, match and training calendar, attendance across recurring training plans, call-ups, match statistics, tactical lineups with substitutions, kit/equipment inventory, club documents and medical certificate expiry tracking.

The tactical builder composes formation, roles and substitutions separately for the possession and non-possession phases, with automatic validation of how well a player fits an assigned role.

Built end-to-end solo: architecture, database schema, API and interface. Node.js/Express backend, MariaDB, React frontend, JWT auth, deployed on a self-managed VPS.
