I work on the online ticketing system used by the Museums of Genoa, part of Happyticket's ticketing platform.

My contribution sits in the backend of the purchase flow: payment handling, order confirmations, webhooks to third-party systems, and booking data management.

A context where the reliability of the application logic matters as much as the interface: a confirmed payment or a missed webhook has direct consequences for a real customer.
